The Maryland Attorney General's Office is the largest law firm in the State and offers a rewarding summer law clerk program open to both 1Ls & 2Ls. Full-time law clerks positions are eligible for a UBSPI grant! The Office’s practice encompasses criminal investigations and prosecutions, securities and antitrust actions, environmental enforcement, civil litigation, appellate advocacy, and representation of the State of Maryland in virtually every legal arena.
