Description:

The 6th Branch is a local organization that utilizes the leadership and organizational skills of military veterans to execute community service initiatives in Baltimore City. The organization aims to empower veterans by utilizing the characteristics typically strengthened through military service, such as a sense of mission, a dedication to duty, and a love of country. They build community by bringing together service-minded veterans and civilians to work for the Baltimore community right here on the home front.

Address for the activity is Oliver Community Farm, on Ellsworth Street between South Bond Street and South Broadway, in east Baltimore, 21213.

Join your classmates and UB Law faculty and staff, to partner with the 6th Branch to help rebuild a park or playground for Baltimore kids. Learn more about the 6th Branch here. Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty!
