Learn how to utilize the performance management process (PMP) to achieve better, more satisfying results for yourself and your team. In this 90 minute session, you will become familiar with UB’s performance management program, the forms, the timing, and strategies on how to do it successfully. You will leave the session with an overview of PMP and helpful tips to benefit all staff.
