Learn how to utilize the performance management process to achieve better, more satisfying results for yourself and your team. In this 90 minute session, you can become familiar with UB’s performance management program, the forms, the timing, and strategies on how to do it successfully. You will leave the session with an overview of the process and helpful tips appropriate for all staff.
