What’s the Big Picture? Let’s Think Strategically
Big-picture thinking stretches beyond the short term and considers how an organization can succeed in the long term. By thinking strategically, you can elevate your perspective as a leader and get a better idea of the challenges facing your team, department, or the university. Our session will discuss how systems thinking can support effective problem-solving, identify methods to increase your big picture view, and other approaches to implementing strategic big picture thinking.
