By popular demand, this workshop was developed to complement Conflict Styles I. This workshop will help you to understand each of the five conflict management styles in more depth. In a highly interactive workshop, you will learn how to constructively engage with each style as. This workshop will also help you to assess appropriate approaches given a particular situation.
Conflict Styles 1 is a pre-requisite for this course. If you have not completed this workshop please contact Kerry Stephen, Director of the University Conflict Management Service for a personal consultation prior to taking the level 2 workshop.
