August 2010 marks the 45th anniversary of the Voting Rights Act, the landmark legislation that established voting rights for minority candidates and voters. What lies ahead in the area of voting rights and election law? What will the world of elections and voting look like in the year 2020? This symposium will seek to answer these and other pressing voting rights issues.
