How do you work with difficult people?

Join us for a lively discussion on handling people who you are absolutely convinced come to school/work to irritate you.  In reality, that probably isn’t their goal.  So, we’ll share some survival techniques and talk about giving feedback in a way that is respectful and productive.

Leadership Café is a different way to explore leadership.  Join us for coffee, desserts, and conversation about key topics.  Watch this space for updates on this session's topic.

This workshop satisfies the TEAM LEADERSHIP requirement for Emerging Leader certification.
