Following the two panels, GEMS Founder and Executive Director Rachel Lloyd will present her memoir, Girls Like Us, which tells the story of Rachel's own experience as a survivor of commercial sexual exploitation, as well as her founding of GEMS, one of the largest organizations in the nation providing comprehensive, holistic direct care services to young women who have experienced commercial exploitation and domestic trafficking.
Following Ms. Lloyd's presentation, the SSWLC will host a reception for guests in the law school lobby.
