Established Leaders Roundtable
In this five-session roundtable offered twice each academic year, participants will develop their own personal leadership model through readings, discussions and in-depth exploration. Applicants should have significant prior leadership experience on campus, in the workforce or in the community.

Spring Forward Retreat: Develop an individual leadership style and discover how you can work better together in teams to achieve common goals during an intensive, off-campus retreat.
Baltimore Collegetown LeaderShape: Join students from UB and many other regional institutions for a powerful and transformative leadership program. Includes an intense, week-long program and ongoing support as you develop a vision for positive change in Baltimore. Apply by March 14!
Discussion Panels: Join an engaging discussion among experts on a current leadership issue or topic.
Leadership Cafes: Participate in informal dialogue about an engaging leadership topic over coffee and dessert.
Custom Workshops: We work with faculty, staff and student groups to create custom trainings on a wide variety of leadership topics, tailored to suit the needs of specific populations.
Omicron Delta Kappa: Join the national honor society for leadership and service and you'll help foster and support opportunities for leadership and community engagement for all UB students.
