Our services include:

- group counseling, with topics including:
- stress management
- healthy relationships
- grief peer support
- adjustment to life transitions
- psychiatric referrals
- consultations with faculty and staff to address concerns about students
- outreach programs
- crisis intervention
Our services are free to all students, and you're encouraged to make your own appointment (410.837.5159, counseling@ubalt.edu). In urgent situations, we will assist any student immediately.
During your first visit to the center, you'll fill out information and consent forms prior to your counseling session. Your counselor will begin to assess your needs and determine the most effective ways of helping, which may include counseling at the center or a referral to another provider.
