Proctored Accommodated Testing Instructions for Undergraduate and Graduate Courses
As of Fall 2024, we have a new proctored, accommodated testing system.
If you have received at least one email with the following text, please complete a Proctoring Instructions & Exam Details Form per proctored exam, including quizzes.
Hello,
If you are receiving this message, then at least one student in your EXAM 123-101 EXA (1234) course is eligible for testing accommodations through the Office of Disability and Access Services (DAS).
In order to facilitate these accommodations, we ask that you kindly submit any quizzes, tests, and exams using our Proctoring Instructions & Exam Details form
Professors do not have to submit a form for unproctored exams. Examples of unproctored exams include online exams where the students are not observed via live video/audio. Professors should still update any time limits as relevant to the student's accommodation and exam. You may use this guide to edit exam times in Canvas and contact our office if you have any questions.
If you have any questions or concerns about implementing testing accommodations or the testing accommodation process, please do not hesitate to contact us by emailing das@ubalt.edu or by calling 410-837-4755.
Note that this system is only for undergraduate and graduate courses at the College of Public Affairs, the Merrick School of Business, and the Yale Gordon College of Arts and Sciences.
Courses taught through the School of Law are excluded from this system.
