2 level apartment (800+ square feet, one bedroom with a study room), (absolutely NO bugs, NO mice) at 1214 N Charles St. Baltimore, 21201. The neighborhoods are very quiet, safe, convenient and lively. It is next to the University of Baltimore and charm city circulator stop.
Our apartment is converted from a historical brick carriage house early 2000s. Four of similar type form a row house type of complex. It has been newly renovated again before our move-in at the end of Aug. However, we only managed to live here for 2 weeks during the last 2+ months.
Our front door is facing East, where the nice courtyard with fish pond is. In the back, there is a football-field-size parking owned by a nearby church (Empty except Sunday). There are two floors with sunshine on both sides. Ground floor: living room, the stairs, then the living-room size kitchen. 2nd floor: bedroom facing East, the stairs, and then the den facing West.
My wife and I have been working in Baltimore since 2012 after our graduation from Harvard University. We jumped out of our old lease for this wondering apartment. We'd love to stay longer, but for family emergency, we have to let it go.
Rent $1250. Utility (Electricity: mostly cooling or heating) bill is about $50~150. The lease is up until June 2014 and with renew priority. I will work with you and the property management company to transfer the lease.
Fully furnished with all almost-new IKEA furniture. Upon your request, furniture can be removed.
