Types of STUDENT Employment
Intramural Manager: Hire and train sport officials, schedule supervisors and work with all staff to make sure the intramural experience is safe, fun and productive for everyone.
Intramural Official: Enforce UB intramural policies and game rules.
Intramural Supervisor: Help create and implement intramural leagues, tournaments and activities.
Sport Clubs Supervisor: Assist with the development of policies and regulations; keep and coordinate a master calendar of events and meetings; and promote and recruit sport club members.
Office Supervisor: Maintain department processes like equipment inventory, statistics, facility reports, training documents and locker room registration.
Operations Supervisor / Facility Supervisor: Supervise programs, the facility and/or entry-level staff.
Student Ambassador: Be the face of UB! Help manage all front desk operations.
Graduate Administrative Assistant Facilities (Recreation Center): Assist in the overall administration of the Recreation Center, including supervising student staff; creating an environment to engage both personal and professional development; and maintaining all facility processes.
Graduate Administrative Assistant Facilities (Student Center): Assist in the overall administration of the Student Center, including supervising student staff; creating an environment to engage both personal and professional development; and maintaining all facility processes.
Graduate Administrative Assistant Facilities (Training, Technology and Student Development): Assist in the overall administration of training documentation and student development for Campus Recreation and Wellness, including emphasizing development opportunities for student staff and focusing on ongoing training for existing staff, as well as implementing new technologies and maintaining existing technologies.
Fitness and WellnessFitness and Wellness Supervisor: Coordinate fitness and wellness activities and events around campus.
Marketing and Special Events
Graphic Designer: Produce visual solutions to the communication needs of Campus Recreation and Wellness using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness.
Marketing and Special Events Manager: Managing and update production calendars, social media and publications.
Graduate Administrative Assistant Marketing and Special Events: Supervise graphic design staff; create an environment to engage both personal and professional development; and maintain all facility processes.
