The deadline to register for the Spring 2014 100 Mile Challenge is Feb. 14 by 5 p.m.
The 100 Mile Club is a free personal-fitness program designed to help keep you active and motivated. Every exercise and activity you participate in is worth mileage, and the goal is to reach 100 miles before December. After you complete 100 miles, you can select a prize between a 100 Mile Club towel, t-shirt, or water bottle.
Stop by the Wellness Center, located in Academic Center, Room 306, to register. Once registered, you will weigh in and receive your Weekly Mileage Sheet. Each week you will submit this form (that lists your exercise activity for that time period) to the Wellness Center, and you will receive a new sheet.
