Empower yourself with Leadership UB

Leadership UB offers a combination of workshops, service activities, discussion and reflection, with unique opportunities for students and members of student organizations.

Learn from skilled leaders

As a Leadership UB participant, you will meet other aspiring leaders and learn from skilled UB faculty and staff, as well as from community and business leaders.  You will participate in unforgettable leadership and service experiences, developing  the skills necessary to become an influential team member and leader.

Take advantage of our flexible schedule

We have plenty of schedule options including evenings and weekends.  Most participants complete our Emerging Leader certificate in one or two semesters.
