Learning Outcomes Assessment
The Yale Gordon College of Liberal Arts is committed to the assessment of learning outcomes for its academic programs.
Each of the college's six academic divisions offers a number of graduate and undergraduate degree programs, and some offer certificate or nondegree programs.
Some programs have undergone University System of Maryland program reviews, and the various documents involved in the review process are organized by degree program, within each academic division.
Some programs have sponsored learning outcomes assessments, for which there is an Assessment Report (password protected) and sometimes an Evaluation Tool and/or a Rubric.
The college also sponsors Undergraduate Exit Surveys at the end of each semester for graduating seniors, through which we can assess program-specific results.
