UB ALUMNI OPEN THEIR HEARTS TO BALTIMORE
Though their paths differed, Art with a Heart founder Randi Alper Pupkin, J.D. ’87, and Urban Leadership Institute co-founder David Miller, B.A. ’92, were set on the same goal of giving back in a big way to the heart of the Baltimore region: the community.
