Reports

The original and continuing source of ADARE project value has been timely availability and authorized use of multiple historical sources of administrative information by informed experts to answer questions related to Employment and Training Administration workforce development investment decisions. Since 1998, the focus of ADARE project research has migrated from welfare-to-work topics only to include Workforce Investment Act, unemployment insurance claimant, and Job Service participant issues.

Today, after six years of membership and data holdings growth, the ADARE project has established a strong portfolio of papers, reports, and national forum presentations that illustrate the breadth and depth of policy relevant scholarship.
