The fourth cohort of non-profit and government managers and supervisors for the Maryland Certified Public Manager Program has been announced by the University of Baltimore's Schaefer Center for Public Policy. The CPM is a nationally recognized leadership development program, through which participants gain the comprehensive, applied public sector management skills needed to meet the complex demands and challenges of the 21st century public management environment.

KerryAnn O'Meara, associate professor of higher education at the University of Maryland, College Park and an expert in academic reward systems, faculty professional growth and careers, and faculty civic and community engagement, will give two talks at the University of Baltimore on Feb. 19 in a presentation by the Yale Gordon College of Arts and Sciences Distinguished Speaker Series.
