The Schaefer Center for Public Policy at The University of Baltimore will partner with WBFF FOX45 Baltimore and The Baltimore Sun to host the U.S. Senate Democratic Primary Forum on Friday, April 19, in a live broadcast from 8 to 9 p.m. ET on FOX45. The forum will be held at WBFF's studios in Baltimore.

Judges representing The University of Baltimore’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation have selected seven businesses as finalists for the upcoming "Rise to the Challenge" Pitch Competition. The annual event, now in its 12th year, provides an opportunity for members of the greater UBalt community to pitch ideas and concepts for new and existing businesses before a live audience of their peers, supporters and entrepreneurial experts from the Baltimore community. The "Rise to the Challenge" event will take place on May 2.
