The University of Baltimore's annual Langsdale Library Book Sale will take place in the library on Wednesday and Thursday, Nov. 4-5. Free and open to the public, the sale will feature deep discounts on thousands of hardcover and softcover books, DVDs, VHS tapes, CDs and audio books. The sale will be held in the gallery of the Langsdale Auditorium, inside the library at 1420 Maryland Ave. Langsdale Library is adjacent to the Lyric Theatre on the Maryland Ave. side.
The hours for the sale are noon to 8 p.m. on Nov. 4, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Nov. 6. Many of these books have been donated to the library. Paperbacks will be priced under $1, while numerous hardcovers will go for $2. Credit cards will be accepted. Another section will included specially priced older and collectable titles.
The sale benefits Langsdale Library's general fund.
