Steven Isberg, associate professor of finance in the University of Baltimore's Merrick School of Business, told Wisconsin Public Radio that the federal government's sequestration will harm the middle class, while also serving as a distraction from long-term, systemic problems in the nation's economy.
Isberg appeared on WPR's Kathleen Dunn Show on Feb. 28. Check out the program.
