The Washington Post asked Prof. Jeffrey Ian Ross from the University of Baltimore's School of Criminal Justice to analyze the actions of a Texas police officer who was videotaped while breaking up a group of teenagers at a party.
"This is really a prescription for things going wrong," Ross said, while watching images of the officer chasing and berating the juveniles, then drawing his sidearm and using physical force on a teenage girl.
"I see an officer wanting to gain control of a situation all by himself," Ross said.
