United States Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch will deliver her capstone speech on community policing on Thursday, Jan. 12 at 4 p.m. in the University of Baltimore's John and Frances Angelos Law Center, home of the University of Baltimore Law School, at 1401 N. Charles St. Attorney General Lynch will also attend meetings with members of the community, law enforcement and other local officials. She will be joined by Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Vanita Gupta, head of the Civil Rights Division, and Director Ronald Davis of the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services. The event is free and open to the public.
