M.F.A. Hosts Graduate Reading and Book Fair, May 6

The Masters of Fine Arts in Creative Writing & Publishing Arts program in the University of Baltimore’s Yale Gordon College of Arts and Sciences will host its annual Graduate Reading, Book Fair, and Reception on Saturday, May 6 in the Student Center fifth floor. The event celebrates the culminating works of M.F.A. students graduating in spring 2017. Doors open at 1:30 p.m. with readings from 2 to 5 p.m.
Attendees will have the opportunity to listen to graduates read excerpts from their capstone book projects in the Wright Theater and buy physical copies of the students’ books at the book fair throughout the performances. Works include pieces of fiction, memoir, and poetry. Light refreshments will be provided.
