Steve Isberg, professor in the University of Baltimore's Merrick School of Business, will serve as a panelist for a free webcast, "Reevaluating a Customer's Credit Risk: Modern Valuation Models for the Credit Team to Better Predict a Customer's Insolvency Risk or Chapter 11," on Tuesday, Oct. 3 at 2 p.m. The event is hosted by the Credit Research Foundation. Isberg and other participants will discuss a credit team's mandate of managing credit risk, via effective evaluation of the factors at hand. Are the financial valuation models accurately capturing the financial risk and, therefore, the credit risk of the account?
