Faculty and graduate students from the University of Baltimore will participate in the third annual RED Talks Day on Tuesday, Feb. 6 from 2 to 5 p.m. in the 12th floor reception area of the John and Frances Angelos Law Center (home to the UB School of Law), 1401 N. Charles St. The event is free and open to the public.
This afternoon of brief exchanges will highlight the current and recent scholarship of the institution's academic leaders.
RED Talks are short, engaging presentations concerning the faculty's and graduate students' areas of research and creative works. Following a welcome by UB Provost Darlene Smith, participants from all of the institution's colleges, schools and libraries will present five-minute talks concerning their current and recent scholarship. Select graduate student presentations will be interspersed throughout the proceedings, and will provide opportunities for attendees to share areas of interest, discover common methodologies and increase interdisciplinary engagement.
