If so, the Entrepreneurship specialization is the business program for you. We do not just simply teach students how to start a business; rather,we address the broader issue of organizing resources to capitalize on a market need. The program provides an interdisciplinary experience that exposes students to relevant issues in accounting, management, marketing, economics, and finance. In addition to understanding how the major elements of business are combined to create value, students acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed -- whether planning to continue a family- owned business or venture out in new areas.
