Responsibilities upon admission
Once admitted to the program, the student entrepreneur is assigned a team of coaches with whom they will work over the course of the semester. The coaches will review the venture's operating model and assumptions and develop action items and milestones necessary for the advancement of the venture. Entrepreneurs research and develop their business plan in tandem with the assignments given by their coaching team.
Students meet with coaches once each month and communicate via the EOC's online coaching portal, incuTrack. Re-admittance takes place on a semesterly basis at the discretion of the entrepreneur's coaches based upon the entrepreneur's commitment and progress.
