Finding your favorite foods on campus is easy. Look no further than the Student Center, the hub of activity where you can relax and socialize, or find a quiet spot to study while you are grabbing a bite to eat.
UB's food service is managed by Sodexo USA. As partners, we are committed to providing our students, faculty, and staff with outstanding value, selection, service, and quality food on campus.

LOCATIONS
Espresso Bar - 1st Floor of the Student Center
Offers Starbucks coffee, a variety of teas, bottled beverages, freshly prepared "grab-and-go" entrees, salads, sandwiches, wraps, soup, and baked goods. It operates all year with the exception of Sundays and holidays. There are limited operational hours in the summer.
- Monday thru Thursday (7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.)
- Friday (7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.)
- Saturday (7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p..m.)
Cafe - 2nd Floor of the Student Center
Offerings from Sandella's, Grill 155, and Smart Market. Sandella's is a nationwide chain that offers healthy menu selections like pizza, wraps, and quesadillas that are prepared using Sandella's flatbread and only the finest ingredients available. Their flatbread is the perfect complement to a healthy diet, as it is trans-fat free, low fat, and low calorie. It is also listed in Weight Watchers points guide!! Grill 155 has all your favorites from the grill, beef burgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, chicken fillets, chicken tenders, steak subs, fries, and more. Smart Market has a variety of freshly made "grab-and-go" items such as salads, sandwiches, wraps, and subs.
Seating is available with a great view of Gordon Plaza!!
The Cafe operates according to the fall and spring academic calendars only, and is closed on weekends, holidays, and spring break.
