Bourbon barbecue brisket of beef, slow cooked and tender, piled high on a Kaiser roll; grilled Kosher-style hot dogs; farfalle pasta salad with mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, grilled red onions, and parmesan garlic dressing; Oriole Park popcorn; fresh sliced watermelon; jumbo cookies; draft beer and soda.

Message Regarding Rain Policy for UB Night at Camden Yards Bull Pen Party and game:
It is the policy of Oriole Park at Camden Yards and Aramark Catering that once the gates to the ball park open at 5:00 PM, weather permitting, the Bull Pen Party will go on as planned beginning at 5:30 PM. If a heavy downpour begins, the Bull Pen Party will still continue, however, the catering will be moved underneath the Concourse to provide shelter to the food and guests.
If the rain persist and causes the game to be cancelled, tickets to a make-up game will be issued. If this happens to be the case for UB alumni and guests that have purchased tickets through the Office of Alumni Relations, our staff will be in contact with the individual that purchased the ticket(s) to arrange pick-up/ delivery of the ticket(s) to the make-up game.
