The UB Office of Auxiliary Enterprises maintains a dedicated, full-service parking office at 1104 Maryland Ave., in the white townhouse adjacent to the entrance of the Maryland Avenue Garage. This office can assist community members with all parking-related questions. If you are picking up your parking access card at the office, you must present your valid UB student ID and driver's license or state- or military-issued identification for verification before your card will be released to you.
At the entrance to the Maryland Avenue Garage, there is a walk-up window with a cashier. Self-service computer terminals to establish or replenish your parking account also are located in the garage. Remember that these terminals are available only to set up or replenish a parking account and cannot be used to pay the student rate.
