The Business venture Analysis are the final project of the International Business Strategy- MGMT 781 course. The content of each project is a brief description of the industry having the best global potential in the Baltimore region, and the best industry for global potential in the other country/region. It is supported by giving a brief synopsis of your analysis of each industry based on the Porter Diamond Model and a synopsis of your cross-cultural analysis. Approximately one-half of your report focuses on recommendations for potential business venture opportunities between Baltimore and the other country/region.
