The University of Baltimore prefers electronic application submissions. The $30 online application fee can be charged to your credit card.
If you do not wish to be considered an in-state student for tuition purposes, this form is not required. (F-1 students are not eligible for in-state tuition.)

Arrange for each college or university you attended to send an official transcript directly to the UB Office of Graduate Admissions at 1420 N. Charles St., Baltimore, MD 21201.
International applicants may be required to submit an official evaluation of transcripts, in addition to other documentation. Please review the International Student Checklist for more information.
Submit the Statement of Interest(pdf format) stating your purpose for graduate study. Indicate, if appropriate, any specific areas of research interest. You may wish to discuss past work in your intended field and allied fields and outline your plans for your professional career. If there are any special financial or academic circumstances you wish to bring to the attention of the graduate admissions committee, feel free to do so.
Some graduate programs require letters of recommendation (pdf format). Please refer to Step 6 to confirm the number required by your program. The recommendations may be academic or professional in nature, written by professors or employers. Those chosen to submit a recommendation on your behalf should speak to your qualifications, contributions and accomplishments. The above form may be used by itself or in addition to a written statement.
