: Mobile computer carts are available in all major campus buildings. Internet/Network access is NOT guaranteed and MUST be confirmed for each specific class room by calling 410.837.6262.
: ** DO NOT ASSUME IT WILL WORK **- always check and test PRIOR to your session each room and pc for ability to access the softwareyou need. CD-ROM's and DVD's should always be pre-tested. If in doubt, ASK!!
: You must have a UB network account to use computing equipment on the University of Baltimore campus (for further details call OTS Call Center 410.837.6262).
: All campus rooms must be reserved and confirmed by academic coordinators for classes or by auxiliary services 410.837.5718 (fax 410.837.6570) for all non-class use.!
: Portable Computer Lab (PCL) requestors are fully responsible for the PCL and agree with and will adhere to the policies and procedures assoicated with the lab. (read PCL Policies)

: Make sure all information is filled in correctly before summitting your request. Incorrect information will result in delay or non-submission of the request.
