Description:

Are you interested in going to law school, becoming a leader in the public or private sector, or do you just want to continue your undergraduate education in a vibrant intellectual community?  You can do all three at The University of Baltimore by majoring in Philosophy, Law and Ethics (PLE).

Modeled after Oxford University’s Philosophy, Politics and Economics program, the PLE program provides an exciting interdisciplinary undergraduate degree.  The core curriculum is grounded in philosophy and requires that students develop a competence in another field or discipline of their choosing.  This degree is designed for students who want to pursue law school, including UB’s law school, or become leaders in their communities.

Please join us for a discussion about the program, the Helen P. Denit Honors track, the accelerated pathway to law school and how PLE can help you achieve your personal and professional goals.  We will be joined by PLE alumni who are now in law school, current PLE students, Professor Steven Scalet and Professor Joshua J Kassner.
