2023 Mid-Atlantic High School Ethics Bowl

The University of Baltimore’s Hoffberger Center for Ethical Engagement is pleased to announce the 2023 Mid-Atlantic High School Ethics Bowl, to be held on Saturday, Feb. 11 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. in the William H. Thumel Sr. Business Center.

The University will host 20 teams from 12 regional high schools as they discuss and argue such issues as book bans, bodily autonomy, artificial intelligence, and more. Teams will be evaluated by panels of three judges, and the winners will continue on to the National High School Ethics Bowl at the University of North Carolina. All are welcome--well over 200 people are expected to attend.
