  • What can Copy Cat do for me?

  • How can I pay?

    We prefer P-cards from campus departments, but purchase orders are also accepted. Cash and credit may be used for walk-in orders.

  • Do you accept walk-in orders and rush jobs?

    Absolutely!

  • Does Copy Cat deliver?

    Yes, we deliver to your office.

  • What do I need to know if I order online?

    Copy Cat's website is secure and equipped with a portal site which allows customers to upload files of any size directly from their computers. If a file is submitted in such a manner, the production staff at Copy Cat receives immediate notification of the file, downloads it, and outputs a proof for the customer to sign off on. Proofs can be signed off via email, fax, or in person depending on the nature of the job and file.

  • How are print jobs handled when confidentiality is required?

    All Copy Cat Printing employees sign confidentiality agreements in order to comply with the University of Baltimore standards and guidelines. Exams or other secure documents can be submitted securely online or via hard copy. The documents will be reproduced at our production facilities or Kiosk, depending upon client preference, securely packaged, boxed and sealed, originals returned and hand-delivered directly to the client. We also have shredding capabilities.

  • What is Copy Cat's customer service philosophy?

    Our customer service philosophy at Copy Cat is quality, efficiency and, most importantly, clients’ peace of mind when considering their projects.  Of course quality and time efficiency are of utmost importance; however, when working with Copy Cat, a client can always reach a customer service representative, designer, or manager during business hours to find out the status of his/her job, ask a question, place an order, request a pick up or delivery or obtain a price quote.
