            • What can PhotoSquared do for me?

               As your one-stop shop for all business and marketing collateral, we are well-equipped to handle:

            • How can I pay?

              We prefer P-cards from campus departments, but purchase orders are also accepted. Cash and credit may be used for walk-in orders at our headquarters at 11195 Dolfield Blvd., Owings Mills, MD 21117.

            • Do you rush jobs?

              Absolutely!

            • Does PhotoSquared deliver?

              Yes, we deliver to your office.

            • What do I need to know if I order online?

              PhotoSquared’s website is secure and equipped with a portal site which allows customers to upload files of any size directly from their computers. If a file is submitted in such a manner, the production staff at PhotoSquared receives immediate notification of the file, downloads it, and outputs a proof for the customer to sign off on. Proofs can be signed off via email, fax, or in person depending on the nature of the job and file.

            • How are print jobs handled when confidentiality is required?

              All PhotoSquared employees sign confidentiality agreements in order to comply with the University of Baltimore standards and guidelines. Exams or other secure documents can be submitted securely online or via hard copy. The documents will be reproduced at our production facilities, securely packaged, boxed and sealed, originals returned and hand-delivered directly to the client. We also have shredding capabilities.

              At PhotoSquared, every team member is committed to providing clients with the best possible customer service and the highest-quality products. When working with PhotoSquared, a client can always reach a customer service representative, designer, or manager during business hours to find out the status of his/her job, ask a question, place an order, request a pickup or delivery or obtain a price quote.
