The Women's Self Defense Course (R.A.D. – Rape, Aggression, Defense) will be offered in 2 different sessions for the Spring 2019 semester by the University of Baltimore Police Department. The sessions will run for four weeks with three-hour sessions each week. This is a dynamic, no-nonsense, practical and empowering course for women of all ages, shapes and sizes. Enrollment is open to all UBalt female faculty, staff, students and alumni. Class size is limited to 20 participants. There will be a $20 cost to cover the comprehensive reference manual. Attendance of all sessions is strongly encouraged and a certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the course.

TWO SESSIONS WILL BE OFFERED
All classes are held in the Academic Center Gym - Mat Room. It is suggested that you wear comfortable (gym type) clothes and shoes for each session.
SESSION A will be offered on Fridays from 10:30am-1:30 p.m. starting on March 1. Sessions may be extended due to inclement weather.
