A student’s financial aid award is based on the anticipated enrollment at the University of Baltimore.
Here is the University of Baltimore’s anticipated enrollment per career:
Career |

Undergraduate | Full-Time (12 credits) |
Graduate | Half-Time (6 credits) |
Law Day | Full-Time (13 credits) |
Advanced Professional Degree (APD) | Half-Time (6 credits) |
Law Day Part-Time | Three Quarter-Time (9 credits) |

In accordance with federal regulations, the Office of Financial Aid will recalculate federal, state, and institutional student aid awards based on the enrollment status as of the Census Date
.
Typically,
the Census Date
is
the
next business day after the add/drop period
for both Fall and Spring semesters. If a class is added after the Census Date, the credits will count toward financial aid eligibility for Federal Direct Loans only.
**The Census Date for Spring 2023 is February 7, 2023**
If you are not enrolled in your career’s anticipated enrollment in degree-applicable coursework by the end of the add/drop period you may not be eligible for the financial aid awarded, or you may only be eligible for a portion of the award. Please refer to the specific enrollment requirements for each source of financial aid in the University of Baltimore Adjustment to Aid Guide, located below.
