Description:

 If your major is one of the social sciences, SPSS can be a particularly useful tool for investigating a research question. At the end of this workshop, you'll be able to use SPSS to perform basic statistical analyses using both descriptive and inferential statistical techniques.

 

Specific Topics: Entering data; opening and saving input and output; basic graphing; finding the mean, mode, standard deviation, variance; frequency distributions; hypothesis testing; linear correlation; and regression analysis.

 

The workshop will be offered online as well as on campus.
