The winner goes directly to the national competition at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

- 8:30-9 a.m.: Meeting with Judges and Moderators: BC 141; Continental Breakfast: Atrium
- 9-9:30 a.m.: Welcome and Introduction
- 9:30-10:15 a.m.: Session One
- Short Break
- 10:30-11:15 a.m.: Session Two
- Short Break
- 11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m.: Session Three
- 12:15p.m.: Lunch and Winner Announced
