Telephone System Upgrade

On June 14, 2013 OTS will conduct an upgrade to the telephone system during the maintenance window. During this time, there may be intermitted outages with telephone and desktop network services. Lab computers, systems directly connected to a network jack, and wireless access will not be affected.
Users may need to reboot the PC once the system has been upgraded. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the Call Center at OTS Call Center or by calling 410.837.6262
