Feeling distracted? Can't concentrate?
Recent UB School of Law graduate Cydney Delia, coordinator of learning services in the University's Achievement and Learning Center, will discuss the basic principles behind concentration and attention, share recent brain research that may change how you study, and teach strategies designed to help you focus both in and out of the classroom and during exams.
