Great lawyers are also great leaders. Lawyers at all levels are required to engage in problem solving, decision making, listening and communication, delegation, and supervision. The ability to advance professionally can depend as much on leadership skills as legal skills!
Thiruvendran Vignarajah, Esq., the Division Chief of the Major Investigations Unit of the Office of the State's Attorney for Baltimore City, will talk about importance of leadership skills, and offer suggestions on law students can develop and display them on the job!
