Psi Chi Honors Society Presents the Fall 2014 Colloquium Series Lecture four presented by Dr. Thompson Date: December 2, 2014 from 4:30 - 5:30 PM Location: BC Atrium & Auditorium Description: “Employee Discretion: When, Where, & How.” Dr. Thompson will present her developing expertise in the study of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Rebecca Thompson received her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University in 2013. She worked as a Post-doctoral Research Associate at the Center for Work-Family, Stress, Safety, and Health as well as an Instructor at the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. Her research interests include: the intersection of the work and non-work roles, flexible work arrangements, personality and individual differences as well as the multiple facets of the mentoring relationship.
