Join the UB Journal of International Law for a Stead Lecture and symposium: International Human Rights: What Is the U.S. Role? The event will feature a keynote address by U.S. Sen. Ben Cardin.
Sen. Cardin has represented Maryland in the United States Senate since 2007. Among his other duties, he serves as a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and as the senior Democrat on the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe.
