Description:

Join the Federalist Society for lunch and a symposium discussion. Panelists have been asked whether religious freedom in the United States extends to political expressions, such as adherence to Sharia Law, claiming free-exercise exemptions to baking cakes, and providing birth control to employees? George LaNoue, professor at UMBC specializing in questions of constitutional law and policy, will be joined on the panel by our own Prof. Meyerson, a religion and the law expert in his own right. Prof. Higginbotham will moderate the symposium. Free lunch will be provided and you will have multiple opportunities to ask questions at the event, so come prepared!
