What’s a sure fire way to eat right and save money? You guessed it! Meal Planning and Food Prep. Join the CCMA AmeriCorps VISTA for the Campus Pantry to plan two weeks’ worth of yummy, healthy meals on a budget. Then, craft your grocery list and plan what you can make ahead of time so a 5 star dish that should take you over an hour can be made in a fraction of the time. And what better way to talk about food then to eat it while you look at recipes so, we will provide the lunch!
